The centrepiece here is a high quality point of Hematoid (aka Fire) Quartz with a cooling jewel of Aquamarine as an adornment.

Fire Quartz is a combination of Clear Quartz & Hematite which gives this fascinating crystal its red wisps & streaks. It is fiesty yet grounding & protective in its composition.
